While I enjoyed the work Sam did, he guaranteed us the artificial turf we install would be warranted by the supplier and this still has not happened. Unfortunately, we were left with defective turf and no solutions. The manufacturer even suggested things but nothing was done and now Sam has ghosted my calls and messages. Be aware of this and if you have an issue don’t accept it and get it fixed then and don’t wait as we were told too over a year of waiting then to find out nothing was going to be done to fix this. Then I personally needed help with another issue and he still wouldn’t answer to help. Good price for the work but make sure you get things done correctly right away.

My property has undergone an excessive amount of settling and has created havoc with the landscaping. Sam came out to fix it, no questions asked, and refused to take any shortcuts where many would have. It had to be up to his initial installation standard.
